Advanced level with StretchingHUB.

200 minutes of stretching routine for intermediates. Program will consist of 10 brief stretching workouts teaching you everything you need to become flexible and to do the splits. Every workout consists of exercises directed on stretching specific groups of muscles. The classes move gradually from simple to complex. So in general 200 minutes of stretching routines for all muscle groups: from toes to fingers.

This course offered a great variety of active stretches and exercises, some of which I had never encountered before. And the best things is that they work! I will take many of the things I learned with me, and I will definitely be watching these videos again and again. The only negative thing was that the transitions at times were a bit too quick and I had to be rewinding the video. Also at times the music was less pleasant. Overall, a great course!

Great exercises to improve or keep your flexibility if you're advanced in this or aiming there. Good for dancers. Music is awful though.

Nice course! I am doing exercises of stretching with my brother. We have been doing it for two week. It's really good for muscles especially for my brother cause he play basketball. Quite useful course.
