Honestly, I believe these exercises will increase the range of motion and help our flexibility. I will follow her through the videos (which is the best part). The movements are pretty similar to the ones we used to do in Taekwon Do. So simple, I loved it.

Not a complete beginner workout as there is no explanation of correct positioning but if you've got stretching experience this isn't a problem. Such good use of props, really new and exciting ways to stretch. No forced painful holds. Some lovely techniques to unlock your hips. Bravo!

molto utile, 30 minuti che volano, senza posizioni che mi facciano vedere stelle verdi e rosse dal male, ma dopo mesi che non facevo più una spaccata, mi sono trovata con soddisfazione con la spaccata sulla mia gamba "buona" anche se non riesco a tenerla a lungo...ma è il primo giorno. Continuerò di sicuro. Aspetto la parte avanzata ora :D Grazie!
