This course is worth a fortune! It is very complete. Do not underestimate the exercises. Some of them look very simple, but may demand some training before you can perform them. I'm absolutely happy 😀

Lisa the instructor is a remarkable gymnast and her positions look precise on the mat. I have enjoyed my first video of Lisa's very much. The instructions are clear and the holds are not too long. The only constructive criticism I may offer is that the beginners course is way too challenging for the average person with zero stretching abilities. Also, there are no suggestions for adapting the poses which can be easily done to accommodate people who are very stiff.
The other issue is injuries. I had a jogging accident and painful ankles, hips and knees. Some of these beginner poses would be excellent if adapted with these kind of injuries in mind, as many people come to stretching after such accidents.
Other than this, a thoroughly enjoyable course which I hope to carry on with for months to come. Thanks Lisa!

I find the music annoying. The course is not high in details, the structure isn't explained, I am unsure a beginner can follow these moves easily

The techniques are nice and unique and can really help you getting very flexible, however, the course lacks proper guidance and modifications for each pose and overall I think this course is not for beginners, injuries could easily happen without proper guidance and explanations.

There are lots of similarities between the stretching we had in Taekwon Do and stretching in this course. You can follow the instructor all the way through the video. She doesn't just give us the prescription to be flexible but also shows every movement according to her prescription. I simply loved it.

Most video of stretching are just young women recycling what they learned in their yoga classes. This 10 episode stretch class is similar to what we did in Karate, preparing the whole body to be limber and most you’ve never done before unless you’re in ballet. I have a Pilates Reformer in my house and I now better understand those exercises seeing how dancers prep. I’m an in shape dude who’s tight: this was a good workout/stretch...
