I want to see options for lighting settings, day and night, frost and fog, how to set colors close to the options for real lighting in different pagodas. However, I see a common explanation for the names of some lighting properties. I have to play with the settings myself. Sorry, but I did this before the course. The course should tell you how to achieve results. And there is a lot of water in the explanations.

A very good digestible course on UE4's lighting, most of it would be transferable to UE5 but an updated version would good!

Solid course that outlines the basic theory and application of lighting in Unreal Engine 4. The reason why I deducted one star, was due to the age of the course. Unreal has changed a lot in the last few years since this was released and incorporated their new Lumen lighting. If the author made a new course or updated this one for UE5, I think it would easily be a five-star course.

Great course, very informative, the instructor knows how to teach and he goes directly to the point teaching with details. But it could have more and better information about lighting interior scenes. Wish I could see more about that. And I wish I could find more courses with this instructor.

Vraiment très utile ! J'ai beaucoup appris sur les lumières plus en détails que les autres cours sur Unreal Engine. Le plus intéressant a été le chapitre sur les problèmes et comment les résoudre. C'était ce dont j'avais le plus besoin !

Good beginner introduction to lighting in UE4. I think a couple more intermediate sections would have been nice, or at least an additional section added later to address updates to UE4 lighting. As of writing this I'm in 4.27 and some things have changed since this course was made. Great course though, definitely worth buying and finishing for a solid basic understanding of lighting in Unreal.

Great Course!
Learned a lot about baking light, what you should use and recommending settings for your daylight and night.
Just wished it could be a little longer explaining how to make a realistic scene when it comes to lighting.
However, I really recommend this course to who wants to understand more about lighting in UE4
