It's just very very basic, far from intermediate nonetheless advanced.
"Like in photoshop" doesn't tell me anything. "Very nice" and "everything" doesn't give me information either. Why do you assume everybody knows photoshop?
Bad audio and mumbling
The lecturer has terrible English level and this makes the understanding harder.

It is quite hard to understand some basic words like 'duplicating', 'theme' or even 'faces'. It would be great when narrator subtitle words that he can't read or pronounce properly.
Also, he should know what is he doing at all time. Please re-record lessons with lots of ctrl-z.
