The first couple of lessons usually set the pace for the rest of the course and for an experienced intermediate AE user that is familiar with the interface, the instruction is going way too fast without sufficient explanations where it would have been useful.
I have to keep pausing the video every 5 secs in contrast to the several other after effects courses that I have enrolled in. There is good material here however this course could have benefited from slowing down the pace and explaining concepts in more detail. An advanced or intermediate course doesn't necessarily mean fast, but could also pertain to the quality + depth of information offered which is largely dependent on the instructors delivery.
