It's Zbrush, but a good deal of time is spent in 3DS Max, which is not the 3D app I'm using, so there's more specific strategy for that than is pertinent.

As someone who specifically bought this course to learn zbrush your explanation of terms and functionality of the program is horrible and your teaching skills are about the same, "assuming you know nothing about zbrush..." and then doesn't explain a single thing he is doing. I hope the online portal is better because I learnt nothing!

Quality advice but honestly not enough of an intro to the navigation of ZBrush.

Clear explanations of basic things such as the complexities of the transpose brush.

At times it wasn't clear whether I was supposed to be following along.

It's not bad, but the instructor skips key things like how to zoom in on the model or how to select certain subtools in the window. He does these things in his examples constantly, but never stops to tell people how. I had to google to get these answers in order to follow along. He's very experienced but takes things for granted so you'll have to find your own answers sometimes.

Over-all, Totally worth it. I have only been using Z Brush for a week. I had to use other courses from other sites to help with this one as well. The jumping around was a little dizzying at times, but that did not stop me from learning a lot! Thank you. Great course.

The course is very focused on textures & UV-- not necessarily a Complete guide to ZBrush. Videos also seem relatively long and overly detailed. Much of the presentation is spent in Photoshop, and while I understand the necessity of Photoshop in a workflow, I'm not certain that it the time spent was necessary.
