It told me what I needed to know. Which is great. But it was all based on only one example and lacked any practicle exercices to get a better grip of the sofware. I followed along and had some technical errors, with no idea how to work around those. More research is needed on my part.

Very nice tutorial. It basicly covers the key workflow like retargeting humanoid character, removing noise from mocap animations, and edit the glitch of the animation data.
The tutor speaks fast, very straight forward, he doesn't speak useless nonsense.
It's probably not friendly for learners that have no 3d development background as the pace is fast and too many concepts pop up to you. But it's fine for experienced people with related fields.
I'm a game developer, skillful programming, with concepts of animation. Motion Builder has quite similar concepts of humanoid character system like game engines like Unity, UE4. So it's quite easy for me to finish.

Very knowledgable. His knowledge is a bit over my head. I wish his videos were downloadable so I can watch offline and rewind as much as I need to.
