Sehr gut um überhaupt erst mal eine Übersicht zu dem Thema zu bekommen. Ich habe viel mitgenommen und bin gespannt wie es sich anwenden lässt. Vor allem das extra Material zum downloaden ist hilfreich um noch ein paar Beispiele zu haben. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein Kapitel in dem man zusammen ein Customer Avatar erstellt wäre noch super.

Very precise and detailed information on personas. I'm a full time student working on B.S. Web Design & Development. Instructors give us the bare minimum and expect us to learn personas after a 5 minute speech on personas. It's been a year and I was still confused... didn't really have a clue how to even start gathering proper data for a persona / buyer avatar. This Video has catapult my understanding and with the templates provided I can properly execute and gather pertinent information on personas / buyer avatar for future projects and personal business.

Great information, although the name of the course implies its applicability for small businesses. He speaks repeatedly about forming teams and dedicating a greater degree of resources to persona creation / research than many small businesses and entrepreneurs have available, which can feel discouraging. Nonetheless, the process is solid and the detail is good for the level of course.
