I'm not sure why others rated this course low because it gives you everything that is listed in the course curriculum.

It's a Crockpot and most of the time people toss in meat, spices and set the timer and leave. It's meant to prepare meals ahead of time and then store them for later in the week. Which makes it easy for those who work to make a quick meal. It inspired me to make chicken enchiladas with my Crockpot that hardly was used. I've also made a Thai curry with noodles. I store the leftovers and then add chicken broth to make it more like a soup. Makes for great tasty wintertime meals. Those who mentioned Vegetarian, there is nothing in the course description that says these are vegetarian recipes.

El instructor pasa demasiado tiempo hablando sin dar informaciĂłn relevante. PreferirĂ­a que fuera al grano.
Casi todas las recetas se basan prácticamente en meter un trozo gigante de carne y echarle un bote de salsa encima, ¡hasta el ajo lo tienen en bote!. Y toda la carne envasada en plástico. Podrían al menos retirar todos los envases antes de comenzar a grabar para no incentivar el consumo de plástico.
Sólo una receta (la clase 18) es vegetariana. No entiendo cómo el instructor entiende que esto es sano. Incluso cuando fríe algo en una sartén, la cantidad de aceite es exagerada. Esperaba que se incluyeran recetas de legumbres, verduras y hortalizas.
Sólo sirve si nunca has usado una crockpot y quieres aprender cómo cocinar la carne. Aún así te sale más a cuenta buscar las recetas por internet.

As far as using the crock pot, the recipes were not helpful because none of them are for vegetarians. His lectures at the end and links were inspiring and helpful. I would advise him to add some ideas and vegetarian recipes. Thanks, Jack!

I am french so pardon the quality of my writing but this course is pure garbage.

I was excepecting real nutritional advice but this is clearly a course for money.

You are talking about weight loss and dont even mention vegetables?
Are you friggin serious?

You should educate yourself and learn how to focus on a healthy diet without this shitty animal proteins wich bring nothing but diseases and shit.

You chicken is stuffed with GMO's and so are your Pork and Beef.

I hope that one day you will realise that this course is just a really bad attempt on nutrition and thats the health problem in your country and many more are related to animal products consumption and lazyness...

You still got hope but you need to educate yourself about plant based diet and exercising.

Not bad. A decent number of recipes, though some of them are video only and it's hard to see what all the ingredients are (just a few shots of them on the counter.) Really little to no discussion of WHY/HOW one can or will lose weight using these crockpot recipes. Second (and last) time I've been disappointed with this instructor's courses, though this was slightly better than the other course of his that I took (Fastest Way to Lost Belly Fat.) Not going back for a third.
