I felt the content was fairly good, not amazing. The varying audio levels drove me nuts, had to keep raising and lowering the volume. Production quality could definitely be improved.

I already work out regularly, have a great diet, and generally feel good most of the time. I think I was looking for something a bit more advanced, but perhaps that'll be coming in the remainder of the course - I realize that a foundation needed to be set.
