The overall principles are good. I've used this to reshape my lifting program and diet. I'm going to try the 3 times per week workout.

My frustrations are in the details. Here are 2 of the main ones -

This course spends forever on diet and a fraction of that time on how to do the exercises. In the exercise videos, his form varies from good to bad with no real explanation of how to do it. His back squat form is particularly egregious for a trainer. As weight goes up, form is everything, so this needed way more time.

Also the calorie counting specifics feel very off. According to basic googling, your resting metabolic rate isn't your weight x 10. And if you were to base your diet eating 20% over that it's far too few calories. For me it'd be 145lbs > to eating 1740 calories (which is very low for an adult man let alone someone physically active).

I'm happy I watched the course but annoyed by its obvious shortcomings.
