This course provided good information. Jack was a great in presenting the information. I am looking forward to implementing the program.

The links in the presentation did not work. Also, I did not have the ability to download the workouts and schedule. Suggest adding them as a resource so they are easy to access.

I have learned a fitness course fitness first I have all my diplomas but for many years I did a lot of sport but I am a pastry chef also that is why later on have no time for exercise and I get weight through the long hours of working and stress but I have it now in my mind to lose weight to change my habits and I have followed a few courses as weight loss coach that is for myself to lose weight and also to help another people with my coaching I did Hypnosis NLP EFT and consulting thetahealing I make one all in coaching program thanks for this course
