I bought this course in the sale for ca 10€. If I´d have paid the full price, I would´ve claimed to get a refund.

Not a secret anymore - not what I expected.

Rarerly new insights, if any. You find the same on Youtube for free.

On top they offer articles to read, which have links to external websites which offer "...if you buy this for x $ you´ll be healthy and fit..." - come on :-|

Actually... while writing this, I took the decision to reach out to Udemy for a refund... honestly - keep your fingers off!

update: just learned I can´t ask for refund, as I have watched too much... :-/

These guys are real. They not a bunch fake gurus trying to scam you into something. They caught my attention quickly and they haven’t even started to explain their program. I looking forward to going through the rest of the course

Most of the content is really one or two very simple ideas repeated ad infinitum. It is a bit of a scam in that it sells very well known diet and exercise techniques (hiit, 30 diet) as new stuff —which it isn’t. Moreover the exercise guides, compared to other products and tutorials out there, are very lacking.

I rate it 5* right at the "Jack's Transformation Story", because I was exactly like him. I was really fat and can't even do a push-up, I was terrified of work out class at school too. I have no doubt in my mind right after listen to his story and how sincere he is to share such a story.
