I have followed a similar diet years ago and it really worked. It needs good will and discipline. Annette explained that insuline is the nasty hormone and she presented a diet for keeping it low so that to melt some fat.
Very easy to follow and effective.
The course is well structured and easy to understand.
Respect for warning people suffering from diabetes and pregnant women!!!!

Definitely lost weight. I also noticed how I had been over eating. If you follow this, you will definitely lose weight. I highly recommended. Easy recipes that will not burn your wallet. I added red meat as I'm anemic and need the iron from the meat. Great communication, she actually answered my questions. Thank you.

This is course indeed resourceful however for vegetarians substitute of meet could be mentioned. Otherwise its a simple to the point course. Happy to learn.

The recipes are good and tasty. However, the suggested meal idea is misleading as the portions show a much larger amount than stated in grams in the ingredients segment.
