Lots of information and broken into tablets of information for ease of absorbing info I did find it a little full at times and this is down to presentation and nothing to do with the content as this was very good and I learned a great deal. Good course to have and I’m glad I’ve completed it and learned new from it.

I liked that the information was straight to the point. I didn't need heaps of detail. Content was clear, concise and easy to follow.
Instructor has a great voice and delivery. She sounds professional, unabrasive, friendly and calm. I'd happily listen to her again.
For this course I felt like only the manuals were necessary. The videos dragged out my time a bit, but overall a worthwhile purchase.
