At the end of this course you will be equipped with the mindset and skills required to present powerfully on your listing appointments and dramatically increase the probability of getting listing agreements signed. I will share with you the exact script I use to list over 140 properties per year.

  • Being able to list property in high volume is critical to your success as a real estate sales person. In the residential resale business all of the leverage and income is on the listing side. When you list a property you become the employer and everyone else becomes the employee. The instructor has provided written scripts so I don't have to type like a maniac and start and stop the video. I can just focus on listening the first time through and pick up more each time I rewatch the video. I am seeing things that other successful agents and coaches recommend in the industry. Additionally, I feel as though there is some underlying pressure or expectation or obligation put on the seller to repay the time I am spending with them by listing with me. As if it would be taboo or socially unacceptable in some way for them to interview other realtors. "Don't waste my time here people". It is hard to put into words the assumption and expectations being placed on the seller that the script is instilling.

This is the class I was waiting for! All of Aaron's classes leading up to this one were great and as any Realtor knows, the listing presentation is the most critical part of the process.
