The instructor has provided written scripts so I don't have to type like a maniac and start and stop the video. I can just focus on listening the first time through and pick up more each time I rewatch the video. I am seeing things that other successful agents and coaches recommend in the industry. Additionally, I feel as though there is some underlying pressure or expectation or obligation put on the seller to repay the time I am spending with them by listing with me. As if it would be taboo or socially unacceptable in some way for them to interview other realtors. "Don't waste my time here people". It is hard to put into words the assumption and expectations being placed on the seller that the script is instilling.
