I found this to be a decent course by the Instructor. I would like to have seen a summary sheet, but it wasn't a deal breaker.
I found myself reviewing the last two lessons and taking notes. (This is where the summary sheet would have helped.)
The ability to implement the course's instructions, will of course, take some practice. Interestingly, there was no mention of body language, tone of voice, dress, assessing personality traits and mirroring a potential client/customer mannerisms.
The Instructor clearly was making use of good body language, eye contact, soft tone of voice, appeal dress, etc. I would like the Instructor to provide some feedback on body language, eye contact, etc. based on his experiences in conjunction with is current instructions.

Great course that helps you create a sales script for real estate. I wish the course was a little longer but for what I paid it is def worth the money. One thing for sure, I feel like I have a better idea on what to say to my first client.
