It's not a polished course technically-speaking. For example, from Part 5 to Part 6 Analysis, the speaker's voice suddenly increases. In the Viewpoint example, I found it hilarious that while he was filling up the Viewpoint project software online, a Vimeo pop-up appears advising Laurent (the resource speaker) about his next vacation coming up.....c'mon, I was expecting a well-polished and delivered course, so this takes the sheen off the whole course delivery. And I find the Academy plugging at the start of every section to be irritating for online participants like myself.
On the plus side, this course shows the concept overview and principles on a theoretical basis, and the realtime basis was applied to the teaching academy's business itself.
There are honestly better strategic performance management courses out there in Udemy, but I was rushing to sign-up for online courses on-promo. Honestly - polish up this course, even get a new resource speaker to deliver it, and pepper the course with more real-time business examples.
But if you're a beginner, this could just suffice for your needs.
