There was a lot of "specialist" items needed to complete this course which I didn't realise at the outset.
So I lost a bit of interest part way through just because I didn't have the right things for the job.
Got there in the end and I still enjoy Nicolas style of teaching.
The film lost sound and stopped moving; otherwise, I'm enjoy the techniques and her style quite a bit.

It’s just the beginning of the course.
It seems this course is just patched.... like, she collected lessons (or even parts of lessons) with special effects from other courses, and put it here together... no natural course "flow" with a beginning, middle and end, but just thrown short "lessons"... effects, by themselves, are not bad, and they are well explained (although, they are not revelation, but mostly known things), but this course has no head, and no tail.... like, she just wanted to grab some more money from materials she already prepared elsewhere....
Lovely laid-back approach. Nicola encourages you to experiment and try different things to use in your painting. Just to do it and not worry about what happens.

I need more practice with the flat brush, I find it hard to move around. love the different techniques you use.
