Has a lot of the basic theories of leadership, motivation, delegation etc but often uses poor and outdated examples to try to illustrate points. There's also a lot of subjectivity (i.e. "I think...", "I don't like....", "This doesn't make sense to me...") but with no evidence of actual experience in many of the situations he's talking about. References his friends a lot but nothing about himself which doesn't give the 'practical' side much legitimacy. However the theory points (without the examples) are clear and covered well so still useful for revision or for newish leaders.
