I have been reading articles and listening to many lectures concerning the Keto plan. This class has touched on everything/every question that I have had. The details are amazing thus far. I halted my other research to follow this one because it is so informative, from my perspective. I wish I had found this class first!

Laura is very personable, knowledgeable and believable. The course is very interesting but leaves you hanging in the end. After reviewing the course I still don't know how or where to begin or even if I can do this. What are the next steps to take action? What do I need to do? I'll have to go to the internet to figure it out.

I was drawn to the course as I want to start the Keto diet. I was disappointed thinking it had recipes in it when there are only 2. This course needs to be promoted as a factual theory course about the scientific facts around Keto.

Unfortunately most of this is available freely on the internet which I have already read about. I assume this is designed to draw you in so you pay more for actual recipe's etc. I will keep.searching to find recipes online.

Although this is not what I had in mind when I purchased this course, as an instructor Laura is great. Her knowledge is vast and she explains this thoroughly.

In ending I do wish I received more of what I expected.
