Great course, but I would like to see recipes with more precise measurements for ingredients. It was a bit of a challenge to determine grocery quantities. Also there was not any way that I could drink that many smoothies in one day! However, I completed the course and felt great afterwards!

I think that this detox program is brief yes but still contains lots of information and recipes that are easy to use and nutritious, at the moment I am using the recipes and not feeling hungry at all, great course. Hope to go beyond five days.
