How to become visionary leader

İn this Course you will learn to be visonary leader. We have five steps in this Course .First we will see how to define key organizational values and what they mean in action. Second step is how to scan the current situation. Which means, we will examine the current environment internally and externally. In the third step we will learn to define our mission, and than we will create a vision, which means a clear image of preferred future. Finally we will see how to create strategic plans, action plans and feedback loops to implement the values, vision and mission.   A Mission Statement defines the company's business, its objectives and its approach to reach those objectives. A Vision Statement describes the desired future position of the company. Elements of Mission and Vision Statements are often combined to provide a statement of the company's purposes, goals and values.   The vision, mission, and values statements guide the behaviors of people in the organization. But when the statements are not supported, people have no guidance. In this course Let’s explore the roles of the mission, vision, and values statements in an organization. We will also show you how to become a visionary leader. You will also learn how avisıonary leader communicate with their peers and teams.
