I am a certified TESOL teacher currently teaching for a Korean school and many private students from around the world. I offer Business English, Conversational English, OPIc, SPA, TOEIC, TEFL, SNULT, TEPS and other English exam preparation and more. I have been teaching adults and children of different levels online, for a number of years. My experiences provide me with the insights into the needs of the students and the schools I worked for and is working for. By taking any of my test preparation courses ,you will master the strategies and tactics to score well above the score you need. I also have quite a number of years experience in working in Customer Service and training people to get into this profession and to helping those who are already in the industry improve their skills. I have written and self publish a few books, which can be found on Amazon. My first book was about how to get into the customer service industry or how to improve your customer service skills. The other books are children reading books.
