Pilar tem mais de 25 anos de experiência profissional, sendo especializada em gestão de projetos e liderança de alta performance. Trabalhou em empresas tanto do setor privado quanto do público liderando times de todos os tamanhos e formatos.Por conta disso, também possui sólida experiência em gestão de conflitos, comunicação e liderança de times multiculturais, sempre buscando engajar e inspirar equipes no alcance de resultados excepcionais.Um dos seus maiores objetivos é facilitar o protagonismo de profissionais a superar desafios e metas aparentemente intransponíveis e inatingíveis. Todos os seus esforços são focados em mudar a mentalidade da liderança e da gestão de forma a que se comprometam com um propósito e com um ambiente saudável e colaborativo.Altamente engajada em divulgar a gestão de projetos e liderança, é fundadora do portal Conexão Agile, bem como do grupo de mesmo nome no LinkedIn. É também autora de livros sobre temas de Liderança e Design Instrucional e professora de cursos de pós-graduação.Ela tem um mestrado internacional em Desenho e Direção de projetos pela Universidade Miguel de Cervantes na Espanha, um MBA internacional pela FGV e UCI (Universidade de Irvine na Califórnia).
