Sawasdeeka! (Hello in Thai) My name is Mint. I was born in the north of Thailand. I grew up hanging around in the kitchen with my mom and I was an intern in a cooking school when I was studying, after I graduated I became a cooking instructor at the cooking school in Chiang Mai. I gained lots of experience from thousand classes I have taught so I have lots of tips and techniques I wanna share. Don't worry if you haven't cook before, I'll give you every single detail step by step. There is nothing difficult just have fun with the course.
