I used to be an IT consultant, who travelled the world helping people to implement and understand the computer systems in their businesses.During that time, I struggled with social anxiety and depression for around 10 years, before discovering how to overcome these problems.My social anxiety came about as I had borderline Aspergers and didnt know it until I was 40 years old and the Depression came as a result of not understanding why I was struggling to make and maintain friendships. I am now a Mental Health Fitness Coach and inspirational speaker who now helps people understand the computer that is sitting inside their heads and how they can learn to reprogram themselves to optimise their life and live happier, more effective and more fulfilled lives by using my 15 Pillars concept.I am also a qualified NLP Practitioner, natural mindfulness walk leader and a student of Neuro-psychology.
