About Instructors Maxim Rakov is a seasoned marketing professional with 12+ years of international experience leading projects and campaigns in marketing, branding and communications at global companies such as PepsiCo, Avon, Leo Burnett and Tetra Pak. Establishing a successful business career, Maxim has also helped international organizations such as the United Nations Development Program, Population Services International, WWF, and the Avon Foundation to build and promote their programs. Maxim combines his career in business and his passion for life-long learning and coaching. He is a professional coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trainer with over 10 years of experience and clients across the world. He has designed and facilitated both individual and team coaching programs for clients in a variety of fields, including Marketing, Branding, Storytelling, Change Management, Social & Digital Media, Team Management, Creative Management and Effective Communications. Inessa Radostin is a photographer, videographer and creative entrepreneur with more than 13 years of experience managing brands and developing creative teams for some of Canada's largest companies. She has partnered with a substantial variety of brands to help develop print and online content including The Shopping Channel, TJX Canada, Lacoste, Vichy Canada and the French Consulate of Toronto.From working with large-scale companies, Inessa has led projects designed to elevate brands visually and to develop new brand guidelines and procedures. She has spent the last two years developing a stationery business that uses innovative project planning tools to create high-end office supplies and agendas that drive high productivity. Inessa is also a published author and blogger with a strong background in image and video creation and content facilitation.
