Arlen Card

Arlen L. Card, J.D., M.M., has been an entrepreneur since 1982 in the film, music, and publication industries, later added an active business law practice that has included formation, strategy, tax structuring, asset protection, litigation, litigation avoidance, contracts, governing documents, and limited forays into securities law and mergers & acquisitions. Along the way, he found that people wanted to know what he knew, so he added a limited marketing and strategy consulting practice, and most recently, he joined the faculty at Utah Valley University, teaching the above to technology students. Many of his clients and students through the years have had great success in their careers and businesses by applying what they learned form Mr. Card.
