I found the videos to be very informative and detailed.
- Uses jargon that is not explained. Especially in the videos about spacing.
- Examples need to be more differentiated from the rest of the text.
The background photos are distracting an would be better used as examples of the instruction!
Dialog is extremely important to the story, but a whole three minutes and barely touching it is well, inconsiderate. This is actually where some of us have the most issue at.
This has been an awesome experience taking writer guide how to write and learn skills for beginners while taking this course I learned valuable information on how to improve writing skills. I took time off a bit I thought course was not very informational I recently went back to check my notes decided to look at writers guide for beginners writers skills I ve been writing a lot of email messages very formal and brief ,but I quest being a writer some days ,times will be difficult. I wanted to know more grammar related skills one reason I decided to go over my notes and choose this course.

You did not give me definitions on some of the more complex words and grammar, for example i had to do my own research of the definition of parenthetical expression. Also so of the words on the written document are different compared to the words you are saying.

One-hour refresher/solidifier on things I technically learned in elementary school 25+ years ago and use intuitively every day, but couldn't have explained out loud.
The material is just the words of the author's ebook set to music and stock images; the parts with examples become nonsensical because the words are simply laid on the screen without the formatting they were used in the ebook to demonstrate. The attached PDF is also an incomplete excerpt of the text.
The author admits this is an older, less polished course and that should be taken into account, as should the fact that I received it for free.
