As a result, you will see differences in the UI as well as supporting resources, for what is captured in this course and what is currently available in ServiceNow. With the release of Fuji, the UI changes are even more apparent.
PLEASE consider the age of the content before you make a decision to purchase this course.
The reason I have still kept this course online is because, fundamentally, ServiceNow works the same way and its a simple course with no other distractions into anything else in ServiceNow. And because of this, I have received feedback that students still find it helpful.
However, (due to the change in the UI) you will still have to map the steps in the current ServiceNow UI and follow the course accordingly using your own free ServiceNow Instance via the ServiceNow Developer Portal!

From the title this is supposed to be a course on Basic skills for CMDB administration. There has been no mention of the CMDB and looking ahead to the upcoming modules it doesn't seem like it will be a topic covered at all. Very disappointed.
Although UIs are outdated and some functionalities differs or are not available in the current release (San Diego), the course was helpful to understand basic functionalities. Explanations were detailed and clear to understand.
As title says it is related to cmdb but the course is totally related to administration topics
The author is wrong in that the user interface is so outdated that it is of little value. The title and description is misleading. This has nothing to do with CMDB
The presentation in the last section was not clear
This course was more than I expected and will help in the future for working with ServiceNow. Very good instructor

Wonderful Course for Beginners, Navigation of each & every step is perfect. Only issue is the Version of Service Now used is older. Thanks for the Course Content, it really provides me confident to include in my CV.
Corurse is good for basics but in very old release ,also CMDB related things approach is missing.
