I can't imagine how difficult it would be to keep a course like this up-to-date with three releases per year, and implications due to SF acquisitions. But, the fact is much of the content comes from 2016-2018 timeframe. While it was fantastic material, and high-quality instruction from Michael Wheeler, much has changed, and the course should be refreshed now that we are moving into 2023.

I worked as field engineer for 10+ years and as call coordinator for 3+ years. I am currently working as an Oracle DBA. Although the concept of CRM is new to me, I think Mike has done a pretty good job introducing the learner with Salesforce concepts in practice.
This lecture, as with most of Mike's online offerings, was very informative and time well spent.
