It's very pleasant to listen to Karen talking and teaching, I'm sorry only because she doesn't create longer courses, because it's easy to remember everything that she's teaching about. Her courses are based a lot on self study, so the advantage is that you can get your diploma faster and you study and read in the meanwhile for how much time you need.

There are a number of very good mindfulness resources in the course which are great to use in a group setting. The training manual is a bonus as you can refer back to it when the need arises. I really like the fact that you can use mindfulness in your own life too for "personal development".
