You say all the feeling may come up during meditation but I don't have any emotions during meditation. Also my mind gets drifted away even after focusing on my breath. And I can't even hold my breath for 30 seconds in the breathing exercise. And I don't feel any tingling either. But I guess those are all my problems and I don't do it properly. Great job sir. Thanks.
