Training is better at the beginning, and -in my opinion- is more oriented to exec or even owners at the end.

It was an insightful lecture for me even though I was already familiar with a few of contents.
Yes it got me thinking how I was assigned a role in management but chosen to be a leader. I also like how it defines things a manager does versus how a leader operates
Learning new things. Leaders v Managers well explained but I will have to go back to traits and behaviors as that part needs some example to get understanding.
