She has an education from Humber College’s Film and TV Production program, several years experience working in the radio broadcasting industry and a diploma in marketing. With the talents gained from her professional background she understands the value in connecting with people and how to build strong, lasting client relationships.

At this point in the class, I feel like the topics are a bit vague.
The instructor keeps talking about the "skills" you become an expert at, but what skills? How do you know when you become an expert? It feel like there should be a section before section 2 that goes into more detail about some of the common processes and how to elevate your game.
