I hope there was a PDF copy of this lecture. It's better if there was an example from start to finish, like a made-up organization having a certain problem, and then it would take us through the step-by-step guide.

This was more a review and intro to Kaizen. I expect more of a hands on step by examples with lengthy exercises to learn how to use the tools. This was more observation and lecture.

The sound quality is very rough like recorded in a bathroom. I do have a little trouble with thick accents but with the poor audio added in there should be automatic sub titles and maybe a reworked version
