first 5 sections were fine, but the remaining sections had terrible audio quality. Often switching between hosts, the background noise was loud, and there were very harsh S's throughout sections 6 & 7

This is geared more towards a business design not a school district design. I am challenged with setting up a Help Desk but I am not burdened with financial obligations and overall set up. We have already chose the platform and in the process of designing a very simplistic workflow. We already have the employees to staff the Help Desk so there is no reason to interview and hire new employees. Although the information in this course may be helpful to some entities, it is not very helpful for the task at hand. Hopefully the last section will provide needed information needed to get our Help Desk off the ground.
