Course probably fit for an user who already knows programming. otherwise still seeing how helpful this is.
It's clear that the instructor didn't do the research or prepared the cursed correctly.
The instructor is pretty good at teaching how all the things work in the engine, and I would recommend this for getting started with the engine.
He teaches way too fast and to be honest doesn't actually sound like he is wanting to teach the students', it's more of just hurried teaching to get paid......
So far pretty easy to follow, Maybe that's just because I know a bit of Python and Java and understand the basics of coding. I think so far that this course will be good to improve my knowledge with GML
While the information is useful it is limited in helping people fully understand what they are doing as the teacher is very obviously a novice programmer themselves. This is a "beginner" guide not a "complete" guide.

The tutor knows what he is talking about and for the vast majority of the course he puts the complex topic in simple ways that is easy to understand. There are only small moments, such as the copy and paste in "alarms" where I have had to pause the video and rewind to see what he did.
There is one section (out of 30 so far) that has been made obsolete due to updates which is 18. Scripts. This section requires a new video to explain how the work now.
Apart from this one section, I have really enjoyed the course so far and I am looking forward to putting what I have learned into practice.
