Thank you for this course. I have heard of Hygge for some time now, but did not know what it was. Now that I have been introduced to it, I am wanting to continue and delve deeper in to the teachings. Half of it was meditations and quoting from Sutras and not actually anything Nordic related.

I'm fine with showing examples and ideas that people in other cultures have that represent an idea summarized in Hygge, but I think the best way to do it is by saying something like "When it comes to [Topic], Hygge traditionally looks like this or that in [Nordic Country] but we also see versions of it in [Non-nordic Country/culture]."
