First course with Sharon, very impressed with the intro and starting meditation practice in Section 1. I'm 70 and have read books on various self-improvement off/on over the years. Now have a yearning/feeling to explore/evolve develop my consciousness/spiritual self. This is my first intro to Shamanism and feels good so far. Looking forward to the journey.

Halfway Update: Still enjoying the course/learning, Sharon is such a wealth of knowledge/experience and communicates the information so well.

I love mediation and I am always looking for new ways to meditate. This is beautiful course with or without a meditative practice.
