I wanted to change from using Outlook to using Gmail and need a quick way to learn the basics of Gmail. This course did provide the information I need to start using Gmail.

Really found this valuable. I came on this course to tame my inbox and l’ve achieved it with Mr Tilley’s help and instruction so this is getting 5 stars. There are some other tips in the course which are a little dated now (expected with how fast technology moves on). The videos could do with an update even if it is a text message eg you don’t need to go to Labs for multiple inboxes now. It has been incorporated by Gmail and can be found under settings/inbox. Nearly all of the IFTTT recipe links no longer work either however there is enough information given in the course to work it out for yourself. Overall excellent - thank you!

The bit about how to use labels and filters was helpful but it would have been much more smooth if you had a script you worked off of rather than trying to think of things on the fly.

Also, why would you use a mailbox that had so much sensitive information that you had to block out 90% of the screen? That makes no sense.

Had this been a free course, I would have rated you higher, but because I had to pay for it, I can only give you two stars.

Pretty good pacing but could have better production quality - dead air and mouse clicks could be edited better, and I've seen a spelling mistake so far... *Scheduled....

How is a seminar published when it includes the spelling of scheduled as "scedualed?" How can I take this seriously if such little care was put into it?

The information is outlined so far, but little meat to use yet. I don't really get the idea yet, especially since I am not familiar with the GTD book referenced, and the overview given is not detailed enough.
