Mr. Tilley's course is a great introduction to setting up your Tumblr focused on high trending topics. Tumblr is a giant content repository of pictures, video and text. If you pick a topic that has a high interest, you might get a large following. Mr. T shows you how to spot trends and set up your blog. You do need to know how to navigate the web, look at Google trends, Facebook, Reddit, etc. or take another Udemy course to learn those topics. Also, if you plan to make a Tumblr blog for a topic that has little interest, this class might not be ideal but it will show you how to get interest in your particular blog. No intricate technology experience needed. If you know web basics, you'll likely be able to follow this course easily.
