This is a very good course for those who are starting managing people and don't know exactly how to approach communication. It covers a lot of good advice on how to do communicate properly and even influence others; it includes exercises. The lessons are short but substantial. The instructor is well articulated and explains everything in a nice and clear way. I'm very pleased with what I learned in this course. Highly recommended.

I have learnt different kinds of communication like controlling empathy and persuasion.

I have also learnt that silence is way of communication and also that empathic listening is important (reading between the lines)
