About This Course

... gain peace and productivity.

Angry people can be scary.  Sometimes we have to deal with them and their anger anyway. This course shows you how to turn an angry person into a calm person.  In just one hour it shows you what not to do and how to relate effectively, even when people are on "red alert" behavior.  The video and audio examples are supplemented with written summaries.  Mini-posters to remind you about key points help you change habits quickly.  Take this course and you can face ranting people with self-confidence!

  • To be confident when dealing with an angry person.

  • To show that you will listen without judgment to their grievances.

  • Example: Angry person screams, "No one ever listens to me!" You reply, in a smooth and respectful voice, "That must be hard to put up with, so I would like to listen right now to whatever you want to say."

I completed the course feeling as if I had a weeks vacation in the Bible belt. Good if I can apply the recommendations in my relationships and random passing situations. I believe a person/student could understand or overlook the religion of the faculty and 'actors" and substitute with their own spirituality. It was fun and enjoyable for me.
