Highly conceptual, so far.
This course does a pretty good job introducing and showing examples of various topics. Some examples don't work as given without minor tweaks. My biggest criticism is that there is no instruction on how to interpret the results of the models.
Definitions and examples were simple to follow.
The explanations and visualizations were to brief for me to really learn what the code is doing. If the explanations were more thorough, I would be benefited more from this course.

I am still going through this course so I will update the review once I finish the course.
The content is good but some of the explanations are not clear and leads to questions. Unfortunately instructor does not seem to be answering questions. Some questions are pending for more than 9 days. Plus we can't try out the samples as he has not shared the code nor the data files for us to practice. So kind of struck.
Hope those issues gets fixed so one can get better usage of the good content.

R experience needed like said in introduction. I just wanted an overview and quick example of each type of machine learning, and this gives just that. This course is a great starting point to explore machine learning. You will still need to do a lot on your own after this course to go in dept into the algorithms.
