My passion is to really make a difference! By guiding people to make choices in terms of their value system and teaching them essential skills. Skills that they can use to grow and fulfill their potential at work and in their personal lives. To unlock the vast potential in each of us, I believe, I as a trainer must have integrated theory and real life experience. I feel confident that my PhD provides me with a sound academic background. Combined with that, I have years of experience, working with people in a wide variety of organizations. From the feedback received, I know that this can be a life changing experience, if the student commit to growth. I am willing to go the extra mile in sharing my knowledge and skills and provide student support.
