The instructor started by defining what a proposal is. That was a great introduction.
He outlined steps of writing a winning proposal.
He distinguished between a Job Proposal and a Resume.
I liked the fact that he showed different samples of writing a proposal.

It's Just an awful accent & sometimes it's difficult to understand what he is talking about! Not only that, his content is too basic & outdated & his accent & English is too bad & boring!
