I really liked how the instructor had quizzes and exercises to reinforce learning. In most cases (though not all), he also repeated instructions so that the user could follow along and notified you when it would be a good time to pause the video to type something. However, in a number of cases the videos were hard to follow in terms of what tab a command was under. (This was not provided, and I rewound the video.) In most cases, I was able to find where I should be after research. Also, some of the instructions in the exercises were vague or wrong. This seemed to happen a lot. There are also a few typos within the course titles, such as in the Applying your Skills title sequence.

It is a real good and worthwhile match for me, because I've never had a computing class so easy to understand, and with a professor so eager for you to comprehend Microsoft Word.
